Fond of baking from a young age and formally trained in the fine arts, award-winning cake designer Ana Parzych applies all her talents to the creation of custom cakes. Ana is an accomplished baker, but is first and foremost an artist whose medium is sugar. She dedicates herself to creating original works of beauty, paying meticulous attention to detail.
Before designing a cake, Ana holds a personal consultation with the client, to ensure that the cake accurately reflects the clients personal taste and style, as well as the event. Clients are encouraged to bring to their consultation flowers, fabric swatches, photographs, and anything else that will help Ana tailor the cake to the event.
All decorations, including flowers, are handcrafted from edible confections. Ana can reproduce any flower or shape. Her flowers are particularly delicate. Ana often uses real flowers as models for her gumpaste flowers, and many people cannot distinguish her flowers from the real thing. Although Anas decorations are completely edible, many clients choose to save them as a keepsake.
All cakes are made fresh, completely from scratch, so that they taste as exquisite as they look. Ana uses only the finest ingredients, including Swiss chocolate and fondant, fresh sweet butter, and real liquors and extracts. A variety of gourmet flavors are available. |
