How far in advance should I book my cake?
I limit myself to a few cakes a week, so that I can give each one my full creative attention. The sooner you book your cake, the better. Four to Six months in advance is recommended, but you can always try to book on shorter notice; if I happen to have an opening I’ll accept your order.
Would you cover my cake with fresh flowers?
I make cakes so that I can create art. Using fresh flowers would eliminate most of the art from my work, and therefore I don’t use them. For the same reason, I also don’t use plastic columns, or any other commercial decoration.
What is your delivery area?
My delivery area includes the entire state of Connecticut, as well as portions of Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island. A delivery fee may apply.
